Hello everyone, I would like to thank all our customers, followers and family (My helpers and some of my customers lol) for your support over my first few weeks in business. It has went so much better than I expected thanks to all of you. Ill be out of town this weekend but I made a few dozen tamales over the past weekend. Along w/ Chocolate Covered Strawberries and Chicharrones. All had great response so I decided to make Tamales, which is a family recipe from my grandfather, which I learned from my mom, with another item to be announced soon the weekend of Nov 4 and 5.
