So I totally failed at remembering it has been a full year since I officially packaged and sold my first bag of Lori Lu's. But thats ok because on Oct 24th of this month I will be at pecan fest with samples of all the flavors I have available. If I plan my time right and get everything made I want to i should have more than 15 flavors including the new savory ones. We can celebrate on the 24th. So if you come by to see me be sure to tell me you saw this post and we will celebrate with selfies.

3 days of work. 15 batches of nuts (13 pecan 2 cashews) all ready to go to restock Guadalupe Trading Co and sell at The Yellow Rose Artisan Market in downtown Seguin tomorrow Aug 22nd from 10am to 4 pm. I haven't counted officially yet but my best guess is a bit over 120 bags.

I ran out of time to make White Chocolate Raspberry, Espresso, German chocolate cake, chocolate cinnamon cayenne, and cinnamon vanilla. If you want one of these I cab make it up and get it to you.

So I just donated the last of my inventory to a worthy cause today. That means.... you guessed it I now need to make more to restock. Pictures and short videos to come. Which flavor should i make first Coconut Rum, Sweet Chili lime, or should I try a new one I've been dreaming up such as a savory flavor like dill pickle or another sweet like pecan peach cobbler?

Help a girly out here. I'm driving myself insane over this. I have 8 batches of pecans to package up today and I have no clue which bags to use.

I bought new bags thinking it would be a way to keep me from being mistaken for the dog treat lady at markets. But the new bags I got in I'm not in love with. Both bags hold the 5oz I need them to hold. But the blue one has such a gap and the crumbs are making the inside look less crisp and clean than I had hoped it would. The black bags have a cloudy window already so its not like I'm seeing all the sugar crumbs on the front end.

Visually which would you grab for first ? Black bag or Blue bag ?
