Kitty Cat cake anyone? I hope Miss Paisley loves her rose gold, pink and black cat cake. The inside is my latest flavor with a caramel toffee swirl cake, with homemade caramel and toffee bits, and ganache alternating layers. I finished it off with my Italian buttercream sprayed black vs black buttercream to avoid black teeth 😆I hope they all love it! I’m so honored to make another birthday cake for Paisley!

Happy Birthday Brice! I hope you love your Thor, Iron Man and Doctor Strange cake! ❤️The custom comic strips are my favorite! The inside of the cake is vanilla cake with a homemade strawberry jam and strawberry ruby chocolate ganache. The berry notes in that delicious pink chocolate pairs so well with strawberries! Giving God the glory daily for the blessings and people He bestows upon me ⭐️

Happy Retirement Mr. Del! I hope you enjoy your life of leisure and fishing! I had so much fun making the pulled sugar elements since I hadn’t pulled sugar since culinary school! My fingertips are crying though! All worth it. I am so blessed to have a husband who not only makes me better at my craft but who comes along side me and makes pieces with me! Shoutout to Miguel who sculpted the fish from modeling chocolate! So blessed that God chose him for me. ❤️

I think I sang every princess movie hit song while making this cake. I absolutely adore the . I’m so glad it’s making a comeback! Today I pray that this cake would bring joy and happiness to a beautiful little princess named Abigail! Lord, thank you for the privilege to serve You by serving and baking for others 💕. Inside we have a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and vanilla Italian buttercream. All enrobed in my marshmallow fondant. I hope it’s a hit!

Classic Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Icing and Candied Pecans throughout. Something about red velvet always takes me back to baking my first cakes from scratch in my culinary arts/home economics class. Mrs. Rivera, I love you to the moon and back ❤️ This recipe has been doctored over the years to refine it a bit, but overall, it’s been pretty true to our high school security guard Mrs. Mitchell’s southern red velvet cake. I am truly blessed and humbled to be able to use the talents that God gave me to give glory back to Him and serve others. ❤️

Cowabunga! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cake for a super rad kid! A simple vanilla bean sponge with my signature vanilla Italian buttercream. A white chocolate ooze drip covered the outside and a marshmallow fondant pizza. All ninja turtles were drawn by hand on sugar paper with edible pens by my partner in crime, my husband. Not only is he an amazing artist, but he keeps me sharp and helps me improve, project after project. I love you honey ❤️.

What a blessing to get to make this cake. Thank you for your service Mr. Brent, and happy retirement! The cake was a my signature chocolate cake with a homemade ricotta cannoli filling. And then enrobed in homemade marshmallow fondant. All uniform details were made by hand without molds.

Happy Birthday Gabryela! Knowing your love for horses inspired me to put my all into your cake! Here we have a rich chocolate cake with peanut butter Italian buttercream with house roasted peanuts and chocolate Italian buttercream with peanut butter chips and mini chocolate chips. Finished in my signature vanilla Italian buttercream. Every Reese’s Lovers dream!
