❤️ SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS, I HAVE A QUESTION FOR Y'ALL! This is long post but I really want to know so I can support yall.
When do y'all actually find the time to work on your small business? 🤔
Are you lucky enough to work on it during normal 9–5 hours? Do you come home from working a full-time job and start working on your dream? Or are you like me, waiting until the kids go to bed to finally get started?
For me, it's nighttime. Once the kids are in bed... well, the twins don't sleep through the night, so I call it their first sleep.
Like right now, I'm making cups of boiled peanuts for tomorrow, working on new merch designs, and I STILL have to get some paint on this dang giant peanut tonight.
Meanwhile, my toddler was up at 3 AM, fought every nap today, and the twins are teething and have been fussy all day. But the work still has to get done!
Spencer worked his full-time job today and then went straight to a side job. By the time we both get done with everything, there's not much of the day left.
Some days we're exhausted. Some days I wonder how in the world we're going to get everything done. But we're trying to build something that's ours, and that means putting in the work even when we're tired.
The hustle doesn't stop just because the sun goes down. ❤️
So my question is for all of y'all out there trying to turn a dream and a vision into something real...

Are you working late nights, early mornings, weekends, or squeezing it in every chance you get?
I genuinely want to hear how other small business owners make it work, especially those of y'all juggling jobs, kids, and everyday life.
Because surely we aren't the only ones out here building a dream on caffeine, determination, and about four hours of broken sleep. ❤️
