I apologize for the late post, but we are closed for today. We had some difficulty with first day of school schedules, so we are taking today to help everyone adjust 😊 We will see you all tomorrow from 11am - 2pm!

How I start my mornings nowadays 🥰 Cuban toast and coffee while dancing and getting open!! Thank you everyone that has stopped by this first week we've been open 😊 We're going to have more menus available to take tomorrow as I've run out a few times this week already! We'll be open for our split shift starting tomorrow, so we'll see you then 💕

Weekly Hours:

Monday-Friday 11am-2pm
Thursday-Saturday 5-8pm

We are currently walk in and to go orders only. Large orders can be placed in advance through messenger, but we recommend this be done at least 24 hours ahead if possible!

Good Monday morning 🎉 I apologize, I still need to get our hours sign posted up on the door this week, but here are our hours for this week:

Monday - Friday 11 am - 2 pm
Thursday - Saturday 5 pm - 8 pm**

We now have our chicken and beef in stock for quesadillas, so you may choose a Cuban or a Quesadilla for your lunch combo 😊 Beef empanadas will be in stock sometime this week!!

Good afternoon everyone! I thank everyone that stopped by these last few days to say hello, grab a few menus, and of course our first week of customers 😊 We will be open this evening from 5-8 pm, so if you're hanging out in downtown Kingsport area tonight drop on by to see us 💕

We made it through our first day you all! Down to one quesadilla left 😅 The girls were walking all over downtown today passing out menus for us, and we really appreciate everyone that made it by today (welcome to the grumpy pre-teen phase 🥴) 💕.

Good morning 🥰 Here's our limited opening menu for everyone to view today!! We are going to be very limited here as I adjust being back to work, so please we ask for your patience and understanding throughout this new journey we're about to embark on with all of you starting today 🎉

Surprise everyone 🎉 We got the green light to open the doors over at the cafe finally!!! Beginning tomorrow you can walk inside the doors and place your orders 😊 I will go over a few really important things please:

- Hours will be extremely limited at the moment. My apologies, but with my health conditions I need to start slow and work my way up if possible.

- Food and menu will be limited. Remember, I have been running a food truck the last two years. This will be a huge adjustment, so there will probably be longer wait times for us here in the beginning. We will run out of food, but we ask that you remain patient with us during this transition.

- For those of you that are unaware, I suffer from seizures. The cafe might be a bit on the dim side as I cannot handle bright lights or loud noises. There will be an alert on the door as a reminder.

- We will be accepting cash and card, but cash will be easiest as we're starting. I need some time to update my website, menu items, and prices.

- No online or to go orders available yet. I will not be able to get our online ordering up until I update the website, and my wonderful seizure brain has completely lost the business phone within the last two weeks 😅

Hours for Wednesday 07/24:

11 am - 2 pm and then 5 pm - 8 pm
(Or until sold out)

*We will not have coffee available just yet except for a pot of straight black espresso. I need to replace the espresso maker 🥴 One day at a time we will get there, I promise!!*

Alright you guys 😅 We are getting ready for our inspection next week!!! Today we were finalizing more of our setup. Next week we have the inspection AND FunFest going on 🥳 Come on by and grab a menu while saying hi and check everything out while we get some final details up and ready for opening day!

Here's a minor update of the cafe everyone 🥰 Progress has been very slow and trying, but every day I'm reminding myself that it's ok. Life hits us all hard sometimes and as long as we keep putting one foot in front of the other? Things will eventually fall into place the way they are supposed to!! Thank you to everyone that has stopped by to say hello recently while we're trying to get everything into place. We're really excited to keep moving forward for you all, so keep stopping by to say hello as we're finishing up a few last things 💕
