Ginger is the owner of A Sweet Rock Pastry Boutique and has been baking for over 20 years. She went to pastry school, trained under a French chef, and still uses some of the authentic recipes she learned along the way. She also focuses on quality ingredients, using things like vanilla from Tahiti and Belgian chocolate.
