this kitty was found on the side walk, on cornell close to broadway (near our building)
he looks pretty clean, and he might be someone’s favorite, possibly fell out of stroller or escaped out of the window!!
if your little is looking for him, he’s currently working at the fat cat deli, and we will hold him until someone comes forward! hopefully he likes his new job here :)

As it’s Friday night, and the weekend is obviously approaching- a lot of you will celebrate this weekend as a three day holiday.
I’d like to take a moment and remind you that this weekend is not a holiday to some families. I’d like to take a moment to remind you that this weekend isn’t for our veterans. I’d like to take a moment to remind you that this weekend is about our FALLEN soldiers. To the families who stood and watched a coffin come out of a plane and all they got in return was a flag.
So while you’re sitting there, enjoying your weekend and having your barbecues- here at Fat Cat Deli we would like to ask you if you could just take a moment to remember those who passed. Take a minute to remember those families who will never see their loved ones. Have a toast, have a beer (maybe a Guinness), have maybe just 10 seconds of silence and send all your love to those families.

This is just what I needed to start a busy day of baking! Go treat yourself to anything at Fat Cat Deli because it's all delicious! One of the best egg sandwiches I've had in a long time!
