We have sold Cartersville Peanut Company to Gettin Piggy Wit It. They are a BBQ restaurant out of Chatsworth Ga. I (John) feel this was the best option since they are in the food service business already. They will get all of ours supplies and equipment including the recipes if they choose to. I encourage all of our customers to give them a follow to see when and where they will set up. But why not make a drive to Chatsworth and give their BBQ a try and bring back some good goobers.
This was a difficult decision to make but it was the best option for Susan and I. We both work full time and it was getting more difficult to get things done in order to serve our customers. So please give the new owners a follow and welcome them to the goober world.

Good morning all you goober lovers. After lots of thought and discussion we have decided to sell Cartersville Peanut Company. Ive done all i can do and just simply don't have the time it takes to take it to the next level. We both have full time jobs. Don't get me wrong, this is a very profitable business but its in no way what we do to pay our bills. It was simply just some side money. This type of business is best suited for someone retired or in the restaurant business. I have a few people interested already. Hopefully it will stay in the area and continue to bring you the best craft boiled Peanuts in north Georgia. Whoever buys the business will also be taking over this page. Be sure to give the new owner or owners a try and show them the love as you have done for us. I want to say thank you to all of our loyal customers. You will be missed but this is what's best for us.
