Some flavors don’t need reinventing—they just need to be made right.

Our new Cookies & Cream flavor was brought back by our founder’s youngest son, who refused to let this classic disappear. He proudly promoted himself to CTO (Chief Taste Officer) and made sure every scoop was exactly how it should be.

We fold deep, dark chocolate cookies into our buttery-smooth vanilla ice cream for a timeless flavor that brings back childhood memories with every bite. Sticky fingers, big smiles, and no sharing required. ❤️

Without Earl Whitebread, there might never have been an Adirondack Creamery. 💙🍦

Long before our first pint was ever made, our founder, Paul, discovered the joy of homemade ice cream on Earl’s family farm in rural Pennsylvania. It was there that he learned how food has a way of bringing people together—and how the best recipes always come with a story.

Besides the ice cream Earl made, Paul never forgot his unforgettable peanut butter fudge. Years later, Earl’s grandson, and our Operations Director, Jan, recreated his grandfather’s recipe batch by batch until it tasted just as everyone remembered.

Every scoop is more than ice cream. It’s a celebration of friendship, family traditions, and the people who inspire us to keep those memories alive.

To me, our Black Raspberry ice cream is the perfect combination of these three distinct colors—creating something entirely new: purple. Deep purple. Brilliant purple. Rich and extraordinary purple.

Purple is more than the color of this delicious flavor. It represents the purple mountain majesties where these berries grow—and the country I believe in: not red states or blue states, but fifty purple states, each with its own history, stories, and traditions, united by a common promise.

From Main Street to Wall Street, from small rural towns to bustling cities, America’s strength has never come from being the same. It comes from the enduring belief that all are created equal and are endowed with the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

As the son of immigrants and the founder of a small family business, I’ve been fortunate to experience the opportunities our country makes possible.

This Independence Day, as we celebrate 250 years of America, I hope our Black Raspberry ice cream serves as a small reminder of our shared responsibility to preserve and continue striving toward the ideals declared 250 years ago—for our children and for generations yet to come.
