Mushroom ravioli with Alfredo sauce à la Thaïs. Besides the usual cream, parmesan, and butter, I added brie cheese, little garlic, peppercorns, nutmeg, chives, parsley, and walnuts.

I made a wonderful Gateau Saint Honoré, but when I thought of taking a pic, there was not much left. But you can believe me, it was scrumptiously delicious. 😍

VERY SPECIAL CROQUE MONSIEUR
Lay your bread slices on the counter, spread a thin layer of butter in the bottom, where you face it down, and a little of the Béchamel sauce made with butter, chopped caramelized onions, cream, peppercorns, nutmeg, and cornstarch enough for a porridge-like consistency on each slice up. Add one layer of ham and sprinkle of parmesan and gruyére cheese to half of the bread slices. Top the ham and cheese with another slice of bread, and cover the top with the remaining Béchamel. Sprinkle with more parmesan and gruyère. Bake until bread is toasted and cheese is melted and bubbly.
