What an adorable treat!

Mushroom-lovers cake by Appalachian forager, herbalist, and baker
Must Love Herbs. This masterpiece is a gingerbread cake with cream cheese frosting and hand-sculpted, hand-painted marzipan mushrooms: pink oysters, boletes, pink toadstools, parasols, mycena, and reishi!
Merging herbs, wild foods, and flowers with dinners and desserts is one of my favorite ways to work in the kitchen. I get loads of inspiration from Must Love Herbs, who has a spot-on eye for beauty and an exceptional knack for deliciousness 💚

Our great grandparents didn't grow up with "organic food". Their food was naturally clean and pure, very nutritious and healthy to eat. This was before the time it became common practice to genetically alter and spray fruits and vegetables with poisons in an attempt to create more food, control bugs, etc.

EStuck Ranch wants to help change that. We are working to expand growing of fresh fruits and vegetables and production of healthy chicken eggs. They will be offered for sale at reasonable prices and equally gifted to people in our community who cannot afford. For every purchase made, a gift of food will be made.
This last year, we gave away approx 300 lbs of fresh food. This next year, our goal is to give away one ton, 2,000 pounds, of fresh, clean, healthy food. We hope you follow along while we work towards making this dream a reality.

The shorter our food chains the better! Let's try growing our own and supporting local where we can ✨
