Y’all I have not made chicken salad since we closed Shandi’s. Again I am reminded of Teresa Allen this morning and I thought about how many times over the past 3 years she made chicken salad….the answer is ALOT!!! I could picture her standing beside me in our little kitchen where we spent so much time together. I sure do miss her and for all of you that I used to serve and talk to at the shop…I miss you too!!

TUESDAY : Breakfast Platter. Two biscuits, gravy, crispy bacon and two eggs cooked to order
WEDNESDAY: Juicy hamburger, lettuce, tomato, Mayo or mustard (add cheese or bacon on request) served with oven roasted potato wedges accompanied by garlic avocado dipping sauce.
THURSDAY: Not sure yet ha! Trying to find a simple St Pattys day idea
FRIDAY: we will be serving our every day menu

Come by today and have a bowl of chili served with hot tamales or served with chips, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes or add a grilled cheese if you so desire. Either way you can’t go wrong. All homemade, fresh and delicious. Apple cobbler with ice cream for dessert today.
