Welcome to “Smoky Mountain Hummus”. This recipe has been handed down and made for over 100 years in my family.
“Hummus” is made from chick peas, tahini (sesame seed paste), extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, a hint of lemon, and a special blend of seasonings. Our regular homemade hummus is packed with flavor!
We can add garlic, cayenne pepper, for our “Spicy Garlic” Hummus, just a lil kick of heat 🔥, or turmeric for our “Spicy Garlic & Turmeric Hummus”.
Also, we can customize your hummus and add chopped jalapeños as well.
We offer locals our fresh 10 oz. freezable container for $7.00 (Store up to 7 days in refrigerator or 6 months in freezer.)
We also have fresh hummus frozen in foodsaver vacuum packed bags in 10 oz. and 3 oz. single serve grab and go-perfect for lunch or snacking.
Frozen 10 oz Bag is $7.00 and Frozen 3 oz singles $2.75 or 2 for $5.00. (Freezer safe up to 6 months.)
