I have a new batch of elderberry syrup ready! 21 pints available. Made with organic elderberries and raw honey, this is an incredible immune tonic and treatment for illnesses. The jars are waterbath canned according to NCHFP guidelines ands are shelf stable.

Spring is HERE!!! We’ve got peas, mustard, and broccoli all popping up. Plus our fruit trees are blossoming and lots of things are sprouting in the greenhouse.

Spring is my FAVORITE time of year.

It’s seed-starting time!!! This is just a small sampling of what we’re about to have growing- peppers and tomatoes, brassicas, garden huckleberries, and lots of different herbs. We’re hoping to have enough to sell some starts this year- look out in March/April to see what we have available.

If you have wooden utensils, bowls, or other items, don’t forget that they need seasoned to stay vibrant and lasting!

This is a wood bowl that we use to hold fruit. Keeping it seasoned with an oil/wax will help it resist cracking, make it easier to clean, and make it look so much brighter!!
