This is my latest super honey. It is 10 #(2gallons) of blueberries pulverized,filtered,and dried added to 4 gallons of our lightest raw honey. What you get is blueberry on the front and honey on the back. Perfect for a healthier pancake.

Today I am making these. These are a special cut out tool I developed this year. The head will easily slide between the honey comb and with a twist and pull of the wrist you can cleanly cut the comb. They are 18" with over 12" of cutting depth. They weigh only 12 oz and have a hardened and tempered head. If you want me to reserve you one let me know as I currently only plan to bring 20 to the show.

It's that time of year for gift giving. Besides honey we also have hot honey creamed honey and even chocolate and cinnamon creamed honey. New this year are bread boards/ charcuterie boards in walnut and cherry. The wood I harvested myself and comes finished with a food grade finish that we also sell and make. Prices range from $30 to $50 depending on the size and beauty of the wood. We will be at the sweetwater event this Saturday near the gazebo from 11 am till 8 pm. Come see us.
