It's National Pollinator Week!

Most of the world's flowering plants and crops depend on hard-working pollinators to reproduce, but their populations are declining. Learn how you can create pollinator-friendly habitat with native flowering plants that supply pollinators with nectar, pollen and homes. https://www.nps.gov/subjects/pollinators/getinvolved.htm

I wanted the gold, and I sought it. I scrabbled and mucked like a slave. Was it famine or scurvy - I fought it; I hurled my youth into a grave. I wanted the gold and I got it- Robert Service. The girls are working hard gathering nectar to make their own liquid gold. I hope to share in some of their hard work this year.
