Current hyperfixation has been making these bomb bean & cheese burritos at home! I make them in batches & that way they’re easy as can be to reheat whenever needed. The best part is it’s only 5 ingredients!!

We’re reaching the end of my favorite month, but this galette made wirh heirloom tomatoes & peaches topped with black pepper toscano could convince you summer was far from over! Holding on to every last bit we can!!

A quick trip to WNC meant I got a chance to stop by for a little pick me up before heading home. The Strawberrry matcha latte with house made syrup was incredible & just the thing I needed to drive back over the mountain. Don’t skip them if you’re visiting Cherokee, NC!!!

This unassuming frontage really fools you! Behind it is a warm, welcoming, cozy spot to enjoy one of the best meals you’ll ever have. While we have had some incredible meals & experiences, this one is quite possibly at the top of that list. was absolutely incredible & made our visit that much better with his impeccable service & wonderful personality! A night we won’t soon forget!!

Texas pickles with arbol chili brine - a smoky & tangy delight

Summer salad with heirloom tomatoes, cured squash, pepita butter, peppers & seed crunch - pepita butter…..so delicious!

Chalupa topped with baba ghanoush, cucumber, sour cream, peach, & salsa macha - think Mexican pizza with a creative twist

Okra Fritters with peach, roasted corn, tahini dressing, mint, cilantro, & basil - elevated fried okra 🤤

Szechuan crusted pork chop, zucchini romesco, Thai pickles, peanut, cicharron - the entree dreams are made of

And, the phenomenal grand finale melon sorbet sundae with coconut rice pudding, cucumber jalapeño jelly & sesame brittle. The combination of textures & flavors was divine! (Not photographed was the tarragon ice cream that appeared & pleasantly surprised us ☺️)

We arrived in Austin early on a Friday morning & with an appetite! to the rescue!!! Breakfast bowl for me, burrata omelette for T with a side of potatoes to share was absolutely an awesome way to start our trip. But, we couldn’t help but take it one step further & try some delightful pastries too!! They are 🔥🔥🔥🔥 but swipe to the 3rd slide for a cautionary statue to remind you not to eat too much 🤣🤣🤣
