Chambéryzette Strawberry Aperitif is your spritz of the summer. This specialty of first created by Rosalie Dolin in 1902, draws its qualities from strawberries of France’s Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region on a base of Vermouth de Chambéry. Use it the same way you would use Aperol, or in place of vermouth in a Negroni. Also plays well with tequila. Strawberry margaritas anyone? 🍓
