5.3% // Hoppy American Pilsner

A hoppy take on the classic American Pilsner, brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops for their FWD program. FWD is Yakima Chief Hops’ hop innovation program, partnering with breweries to explore cutting edge experimental hop varieties and products. This b**r gave us the chance to put one of those innovations to work in a style where balance, clarity, and drinkability are everything.

This 5.3% l***r is brilliantly clear and dry with a smooth bitterness that keeps things refreshing and incredibly drinkable. We built the hop profile with classic Saaz in the boil, then layered in Yakima Chief Hops FWD DynaBoost in the whirlpool before dry hopping with Saphir and Citra. The result is a beautifully balanced pilsner with an expressive hop aroma highlighting subtle citrus and floral notes.

This super special collaboration is back!! Created with our friends at based out of MontrΓ©al, QC, this Double Dry Hopped Double IPA is one of our favorite IPAs we’ve ever brewed. Loaded up with insane amounts of Citra, Nelson, & Rakau then finished with a Kohia Nelson Hop Kief, this DIPA is bursting with hop flavor & aroma from our favorite NZ hops while retaining a soft balance & mouthfeel that nicely hides the lofty ABV.

This flavorful yet super crushable malty l***r is boasting with that crispy, malty and toasty flavor we all love this time of year!! Side note, did you know that MΓ€rzen’s were traditionally brewed in the cooler months of spring, due to the brewing equipment being made from wood and deemed a fire hazard during the summer months. It was then stored in caves to stay cool and last until fall, to be consumed during what they then named, Oktoberfest!!
