Meet our son Eric a.k.a “Kaleo”. He is our operations lead for our business.

He preps the truck, works the truck, and cleans/unloads the truck after every event!

He takes great pride in each menu item he serves. His favorite is the Smoke Ring sandwich with coleslaw, side of Mac & cheese, and a mango slushie!

Outside of the food truck, Eric runs his own auto detailing business and enjoys track racing and karting.

“I am a surfer at heart and will travel anywhere to be near the water!”
