One year ago today, we opened the window for the very first time. 🌺🍧

Since then, we’ve gotten to pull this trailer all over Knoxville, serve thousands of shave ice, meet so many great people, and be part of birthdays, schools, neighborhoods, businesses, festivals, and some really fun summer nights.

Building this from scratch has been a process, but seeing what it has become in just one year is pretty dang cool.

Thank you to everyone who has booked us, stopped by the trailer, shared a post, told a friend, or come back for another shave ice. You’ve helped turn our little idea into a real business, and we’re excited to see where year two takes us.

Hey everyone!! This is where we’ll be tonight from 6-8!! If you were contemplating what to do with your kiddos for the evening come hang out with us at McFee park in Farragut! There’s going to be food trucks, the amazing McFee playground, blow up water slide and the McFee splash pad!
