The “Why” Behind The Coolest Comeback 🐸
As we get closer to reopening, we’ve felt so much excitement — and so many sweet messages from this community. So we wanted to share our “why.”
Jeremiah’s wasn’t in West Knoxville for long — but it didn’t take long for our family to fall in love with it.
It quickly became our go-to.
After baseball games.
After dance recitals.
After school celebrations.
After long weeks when everyone just needed something sweet.
We were the family at the lime green tables — three kids covered in sprinkles, passionately debating flavors like it was serious business. (Because it is.)
So when the doors closed unexpectedly, it felt like something special ended before it really had the chance to grow.
And we kept thinking…
What if it didn’t have to end?
What if we could bring it back — not as investors or outsiders — but as the family who already loved it?
We’re Blue Grass parents. We’re at the ball fields every weekend. We volunteer with PTOs. We host team parties. We believe in showing up for our community — and we believe dessert tastes better when it’s shared.
We are so excited to collaborate with local sports organizations, schools, PTOs, churches, and small businesses. Team nights, fundraisers, spirit days — we’re all in.
We’re not just scooping Italian Ice.
We’re reopening a gathering spot. A place to celebrate wins, soften losses, reward report cards, and make sweet memories together.
Same iconic flavors.
Same cool vibes.
Just a local family behind the counter this time.
We can’t wait to welcome you back.
