Had a wonderful time teaching the first Healthy Indian Cooking for Spring class of the year at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum! 🌿
Grateful to cook alongside Chef Cheo, the amazing Arb volunteers, and 36 enthusiastic students who joined the class.
Menu Highlights:

• Entrée – Protein-Rich Chilla (Indian Savory Pancake) with Rajma Rice
• Dessert – Makhana (Lotus Seed/Fox Nut) Pudding with no added sugar
