Learn more about midwest bred & fed beef at littlewolffoods.com Few merchants know the meat business like we do. We are 3rd+ generation meat people who respect the art of the cut and celebrate our Cherokee heritage by honoring our company as native-owned. Little Wolf takes great pride in working closely with the ranchers we buy our beef from. Midwest Bred & Fed, our breeders sustainably and humanely raise the highest quality Black Angus cattle in the heartland of Missouri. Hand cut and hand trimmed by professional meat cutters, Little Wolf steaks are wet aged for 21 days before they are individually vacuum-sealed for freshness. We work almost exclusively with USDA Prime and USDA Upper 2/3 Choice premium graded beef. Our passion rests in bringing you the very best steak you’ve ever had.
