Ingredients:

- Tequila: 1.5 to 2 oz Espolón Tequila Blanco

- Lime Juice: 0.5 to 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

- Sparkling Water: 4 to 6 oz Agua De Piedra Sparkling Mineral Water

- Garnish & Rim: Lime wedge and a Tajín-dusted rim
