Pit Sheriff is a salt pepper garlic blend that has some onion powder and a bit of smoked paprika to enhance the flavor of your burgers or steaks/chops or even a brisket and flavor spectrum is an all purpose seasoning that we find ourselves putting on just about anything to add a little more flavor. Came out very good! I pulled it off of the smoker at 110F and I put it in my 550F preheated oven and let it crust up until it was 114/115 internal, and pulled it out and foil tented for 15 minutes to rest and it came up to 127. Came out fantastic!
