Come on out this Saturday and enjoy some fun. Unfortunately we won’t have the machines going for this one but I’ve heard this place does serve some cold beer. Come out and see how Sling-N-Salt does at making Carne G (with a Polish twist). Enjoy the evening with a Carne G cook off. If you got what it takes to play, please join the cook off. But if it’s better than ours I ask that you just spectate. lol just kidding. Come out and compete and have a good time.

Attention all Carneguisada aficionados. The Carne Carnival is near, happening on 3/28/26. To participate, follow these simple rules: 1. Store-bought spice mixes are a no-go. 2. Cooking must occur on-site. 3. We're embracing a low-tech approach, no electricity. The backyard is where everyone will gather. To reserve your spot, sign up with Heather, Carol, Erika, or myself, and include the $40 entry fee. Judging will be at 6pm. And we are still looking for judges. And it goes without saying no outside alcohol allowed on the premises.
