And we're celebrating the start of a new season by walking with Greater Lafayette Homeward Bound to raise money for Lafayette Transitional Housing and Family Promise, two awesome local organizations that are working to help people and families avoid homelessness and find affordable housing. Dragon Tongue beans! They taste just like green beans & turn a light green color when cooked. The 2 purple beans shown are pole beans. They taste the same, too, but cook into a nice dark green. They're both delicious!
