From the Wabash Historian: A picture taken of the Lagro Town Hall in 1907 when it was still a focal point of the community. When Lagro incorporated in 6-25-1859 the first town council met here consisting of A.H. Mills Clerk/Assessor, Peter S. Murphy Marshall/treasurer, 1st Ward E.W. Benjamin, 2nd Ward W.B. Barlow and 3rd Ward Wm Murgotten. The building also survived fires including the worst in 1869 when 4 businesses were destroyed.

John, Morgan, and Cole repaired the upstairs floor. the area for the fire pole has been set up, but we do not have a pole. The downstairs ceiling needs to be created since plaster is still falling. The utility lines need to be laid.
