This Tahini Date Kefir Smoothie is creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with probiotics. This one blends up in under 5 minutes and tastes like a dessert you can have for breakfast.
Lifeway Foods + frozen banana + tahini + date syrup + cinnamon + a pinch of flaky salt. That’s it. Blend until smooth, pour, and finish with a cinnamon swirl.

Ingredients 🛒
• 1 cup plain kefir
• 1 frozen banana, sliced
• 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
• 1 tbsp date syrup
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of flaky sea salt
• 1/2 cup ice cubes
Optional Toppings
• Tahini drizzle
• Date syrup drizzle
• Sesame seeds
• Cinnamon

Directions ✍️
• Add the kefir, banana, tahini, date syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and ice to a blender.
• Blend until smooth and creamy.
• Pour in the smoothie.
• Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
• Serve up, and enjoy!

No churn pistachio ice cream! 🍦
You make your own pistachio butter right in the blender, fold it into whipped cream, and freeze. That’s it. No ice cream machine, no complicated technique at all!
You get the richest, creamiest pistachio ice cream you’ve ever had.
The pistachio cream drizzle on top is non-negotiable.

Ingredients 🛒
• 1 cup pistachios, raw and unsalted
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
• Chopped pistachios, for garnish
• Pistachio cream, to drizzle

Directions ✍️
• Place the pistachios and salt into a high speed blender and blend for about 8-10 minutes, or until the pistachios release their natural oils and is creamy.
• In a medium mixing bowl, add in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and the pistachio butter that was just blended. Mix together.
• In a large cold mixing bowl, pour in the heavy cream. Beat until stiff peaks form.
• Pour the pistachio butter into the whipped cream and fold together.
• Pour the batter into a loaf pan and place into the freezer for at least 5 hours.
• Sprinkle the ice cream with chopped pistachios.
• Serve with a drizzle of pistachio cream, and enjoy!

These beef meatballs changed my meal prep game. 🙌
I got the idea from who adds white beans to his meatballs to keep them moist and tender, along with adding in additional nutrients and protein! 💪
This has now been my latest obsession because of how genius it is!
The cannellini beans blend right into the meat so you would never know they are in there, but the texture is on a completely different level. Softer, juicier, and they hold together perfectly every single time.

Ingredients 🛒
• 1 pound ground beef (or any meat you prefer)
• 15 oz can of cannellini beans, drained
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions ✍️
• Pour the beans into a food processor and pulse a few times to break them up.
• Add the meat to the beans then season with oregano, salt, and black pepper.
• Blend together until fully combined.
• Place the meat onto a board and shape into a thick oval. Split the meat in half, then split the 2 halves into half, then make 3 balls from each to make 12 meatballs.
• Place the meatballs into the refrigerator for at 15 minutes to firm up.
• Take out sauté pan and turn the heat up to medium-high. Add the olive oil and once hot enough add in the meatballs.
• Cook the meatballs until browned all over. Then reduce heat to low and cover the pan and allow to cook for 8-10 minutes.
• Serve up, and enjoy!
