This Tahini Date Kefir Smoothie is creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with probiotics. This one blends up in under 5 minutes and tastes like a dessert you can have for breakfast.
Lifeway Foods + frozen banana + tahini + date syrup + cinnamon + a pinch of flaky salt. That’s it. Blend until smooth, pour, and finish with a cinnamon swirl.

Ingredients 🛒
• 1 cup plain kefir
• 1 frozen banana, sliced
• 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
• 1 tbsp date syrup
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of flaky sea salt
• 1/2 cup ice cubes
Optional Toppings
• Tahini drizzle
• Date syrup drizzle
• Sesame seeds
• Cinnamon
Directions ✍️
• Add the kefir, banana, tahini, date syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and ice to a blender.
• Blend until smooth and creamy.
• Pour in the smoothie.
