Scorpion Sunrise Seasonal Hot Sauce is now available online, and at Farmers' Markets!

A Pluot is a plum and apricot hybrid fruit with a sweet complex taste. There were so many varieties at the local Farmers’ Markets this season, it was hard to decide which to use. We asked the experts at the farm stands for their favorites, and scored some beauties at Dana Point! We added Chone Grown Buena Mulata Peppers which lend a deep purple hue to this sauce that is reminiscent of the California Riviera sky at daybreak. The Pluot's juicy flesh coupled with ample Orange County grown Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Peppers impart a tropical aroma. The tannin in the skin of the Pluot adds a unique tartness at first taste. Scorpion Peppers provide a pronounced after burn that lingers on the palate. Chile Negro, a pepper traditionally used in mole, gives this blend a mellow, smooth, and rich finish. Like all of our products, there are no gums, sugars, or extracts. We rely on natural, fresh, high quality ingredients to create this extraordinary California Riviera hot sauce. Savor the Sting of the Sunrise! 🦂 🌅

Strawberry Fields Forever Seasonal Mild Sauce is now available online, and at Farmers' Markets!

There are some tasty strawberries still to be found at the Orange County CA Farmers’ Markets, and this has created the perfect opportunity to handcraft a small batch of Strawberry Fields Forever Mild Sauce! The deep red color of the fresh locally grown berries provide a rich crimson hue to this seasonal blend. Chone Grown Bishop's Crown Peppers enhance the berry laden bouquet. These exotic chiles impart a bright flavor with a subtle earthy finish, and infuse a delicate heat. Red Bell Peppers add a crisp tanginess to the sweet tartness of the strawberries, and make it a milder sauce. Like all of our products, there are no gums, sugars, or extracts.
