Vegetarian tacos!
From the kitchen of CK Hall

1 package trader joes soy chorizo ( or use 1 lb meat)
1 can drained and rinsed pinto beans
1 can tomato sauce 8 oz
1 envelope taco seasoning (TJs)
1 small minced onion
2 cloves garlic pressed
2 zucchini grated

Add all to Deep Covered Baker and heat for 5 minutes on high!
