* Vichyssoise (Fancy name for chilled potato leek soup). Also good serve hot.

Hi friends. WOW! What started as a small summer venture to supplement my off season income, has quickly grown into something I never expected.

To all my wonderful friends and new customers: thank you! Your support and encouragement are overwhelming.

Unfortunately, my small kitchen cannot handle the volume. So, starting next week and going forward, I will be doing two soups instead of three.

Since it's blazing hot out, i'm doing two cold soups next week:

* Vichyssoise ( chilled potato leek)
* Gazpacho

Sweet potato & butternut soup, delicious!
This one just sold out! Still have a few left of:

Greek lemon chicken with rice. or
Cream of broccoli with cheddar
