Every bag labeled by hand. Every sandwich assembled by hand. Every cookie mixed, scooped, baked — by hand.

There were so many days in the beginning where I stood in my kitchen thinking “this is stupid, just go get a job working for someone else.” I said it more times than I want to admit.

But you can’t build something real by staying safe. Dolly said it best; if you stay out of the game for fear of losing, there’s no way you’re gonna win.

So I kept my hands busy instead of my head full of fear. Built the cart. Built the business. One bag, one sandwich, one cookie at a time.

Glad I never talked myself out of it.

The real reason I do this isn’t the one I tell people.

I say it’s because I love baking, because I love events, because homemade is just better. All true. But the real reason is that I built this business so I could actually live my life — my own schedule, my own hours, time for my family and my husband first.

And once I had that, I realized I could do something with it: say yes to people who needed it, not just the ones who could pay for it. So now the big bookings — the weddings, the corporate days, the festivals — are what let me keep showing up for the ones who can’t pay thousands of dollars for a good day.

More eyes on this cart was never about getting bigger.

It’s about getting to say yes more.

Nothing beats a summer picnic + something sweet 🍪☀️

We had so much fun treating the Trystar team and their families, serving up 600+ ice cream sandwiches & popsicles in just a couple of hours!

The only problem? Our tiniest customers quickly figured out they could come back for seconds… and thirds… and maybe fourths 😂

Honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way and the cutest part is them climbing the cart to see over the counter. 💛

This is our favorite kind of busy.

Long days.
Live music in the background.
Thousands of frozen treats.
Endless conversations with people from all over.
One very tired (and very grateful) crew at the end of it all.

As much as we love bringing Cookie Cruiser to weddings, private parties, and corporate events, music festivals have a special kind of magic. The energy is contagious, every day is different, and getting to be a small part of so many people’s weekend is something we’ll never take for granted.

This year marked our third year serving the Twin Cities at Minnesota Yacht Club Festival, and the inaugural year for Minnesota Country Club Festival. It’s such an honor to be invited back, to meet so many incredible people, and to serve our community one frozen treat at a time.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by for an ice cream sandwich, popsicle, or cookie. Whether you’ve been finding us every summer or this was your first visit, we’re so grateful you chose to spend a few minutes with us.

Now we’re catching our breath, restocking the freezers, and getting ready for our next stop…

Wedding season is our favorite. 🤍

The custom packaging, the beautiful venues, the first bite reactions, and getting to watch all the sweet moments happen throughout the night.

We never get tired of rolling up to our favorite venues and celebrating with amazing couples season after season. 🍪🍦✨

Last night we had the sweetest time celebrating McKenzie + Tyler at White & Sable 🤍

For their wedding, they chose our Party Pack option and used their own cooler to match their wedding aesthetic. We simply delivered everything frozen, provided dry ice to keep the treats perfectly chilled throughout the evening, and guests helped themselves whenever they were ready for something sweet.

To make it even more personal, each ice cream sandwich featured a custom label created just for their day.

Not every event needs a full cart setup. Our Party Packs are perfect for couples who want a special dessert experience for their guests while keeping things simple, seamless, and budget-friendly.
