The cookie trolley’s heading to 10,000 feet, setting up at the Echo Mountain Immersive Wedding Showcase on Saturday, May 9 from 4-8 PM.

Most venues offer a quick look at an empty room. This event lets you see the lodge and event tent fully styled so you know exactly how the layout works for your wedding day. You chat with planners, meet vendors, and of course, grab a few tiny cookies!

The ultimate solution for having your cake and eating it too: three layers of cookie instead.

For Crystal & Kyle’s Disney-inspired wedding at on Saturday, they fell in love with idea of the cookie trolley for their guests but still wanted a special cake-cutting moment to look back on.

So we prepared a Lemon Raspberry White Chocolate Cookie Cake with Lemon Buttercream to cut into and serve alongside tiny cookies for their guests.

It was an honor to be there with their family and friends and you could definitely, 🎶 “feel love tonight.”🎶
