Those white spots on your faucets may be the least expensive part of your hard water problem.

Hard water doesn’t just leave spots you can see — mineral buildup can also affect your water heater, faucets, showerheads and appliances, potentially reducing efficiency and shortening their lifespan.

The damage you DON’T see can cost more than the spots you do.

Not sure how hard your water is? Give Sitterle & Sons a call or send us a message. We’ll help you understand your water and recommend only what your home actually needs.

Honest service. No pressure. 661-400-2624

A water softener and a water conditioner are NOT the same thing.

They solve different water problems—and depending on your home, you may need one, the other, or both.

At Sitterle & Sons, we’d rather help you understand your water first than sell you something you don’t need.

Not sure what your home needs? Send us a message. We’ll help you figure it out.

Did you know UV light doesn’t actually filter your water?

UV water treatment uses ultraviolet light to help inactivate microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses without adding chemicals to the water.

It can be a great final stage of protection when paired with the right filtration system — especially for homes using well water.

Not sure what your water actually needs? That’s where we come in.

So, why DOES hard water damage your water heater? 🤔

Hard water contains calcium and magnesium. When that water is heated, those minerals can form scale buildup inside your water heater and on heating components.

Over time, that buildup can make your water heater work harder, reduce efficiency, and contribute to equipment problems.

The problem? Most of that buildup is happening where you can't see it.
