Experimentation time: I'm basically making a Kavass. Simple recipe with 2-row, cherry smoked malt and acid malt among a few. I'll be throwing this on top of a Levain from Thoms bakery close by. Let's see what happens.

A welcomed return to the Hainaut grisette (lemon and sorachi) but this time slightly soured and dry hopped with azacca, lemon drop and sorachi hops. Cheers!
