Hey! We're Julien and Florence, the husband and wife duo behind Daily Dose Microgreens based here in Lancaster City.

We launched Daily Dose after learning how powerful these little micros are, combining Julien's hospitality and culinary background with Flo's passion for sustainable, local, and healthy food.

We have been operating since 2023, supplying some of Lancasters best chefs and restaurants and recently opened our urban farm at 923 N Christian St, near the train station, in March.

We launched our subscriptions in June of 2026 offering free delivery and pick-up to share our nutrient packed microgreens with the greater Lancaster community.

Julien brings 20 years experience in hospitality and love of all things culinary to the table, cultivating microgreens that have a ton of flavor, bright colors and crunch.

We grow microgreens with tested non-GMO seeds without harsh chemicals or preservatives, cut-fresh and delivered the same day.

Let's talk about why "p**p lettuce" is in the headlines. 😂
In all seriousness, food illness is not fun.

It's not really about lettuce, or the produce. t's about scale. When produce is grown across massive fields next to industrial cattle operations, and irrigation water gets shared, tested inconsistently, or not tested at all, contamination becomes a matter of when, not if. Add in a supply chain where one contaminated batch gets mixed with dozens of others before it hits shelves, and you've got a system that's basically designed for outbreaks with almost no one held accountable when it happens, except our bums.

This is why sourcing local and urban farming is the way to go. Smaller footprint. Shorter (or no) supply chain. No shared irrigation with feedlots. No mystery about where your food's been or who's touched it.

All of our seeds are tested, non-GMO, pesticide free. Grown indoors, in small batches, with clean municipal water, the same water you drink. Our send non-GMO. Because "I know exactly where this came from" shouldn't be a luxury. It should be the standard.
