We were so excited to be invited back to ABC 8News - WRIC
to talk about Choose Joy Farm and our Chicken Keeping 101 classes!

Of course, we couldn't show up empty-handed, so we brought along one of our favorite farm ambassadors, Onyx the Silkie chicken. She was an absolute star on set and loved all of the attention!

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share our passion for farming, backyard chickens, and agricultural education with a wider audience. Thank you to the WRIC team for having us back. It is always an honor to represent our little farm and connect with so many people who are interested in learning more about raising chickens.

We are so excited to share that Choose Joy Farm has been invited to appear on the news again!

It's always an honor to have the opportunity to talk about what we love, and this time we'll be sharing information about our Chicken Keeping 101 classes and the amazing breeds of chickens we raise here on the farm.

From fluffy Silkies to colorful Easter Eggers and everything in between, we can't wait to introduce more people to the joys of backyard chickens and farm life.

Today we celebrate all the women who mother… in every form that takes.

To the moms, stepmoms, bonus moms, grandmothers, foster moms, adoptive moms… and the women who stepped in and loved children as their own when they didn’t have to.

To the ones raising babies, guiding grown children, and to those who carry that love in their hearts every single day.
