We're gearing up for Week 2 at our new location! Find us every Thursday through October 20, 2022, 3-7pm, at the corner of S. MLK and Jolly, in the parking lot of Soldan's Pet Supplies.
Anyone who uses EBT (the Bridge Card) gets DOUBLE their money, up to $20 each week, to spend on fresh fruits and veggies. We also accept WIC Projet Fresh and Senior Market Fresh coupons.

Kathryn Russell, owner of Go Jump in a Lake, LLC Roasted Coffee, has been air roasting coffee in her Westside Lansing home for four years. Unlike the traditional method of tumbling coffee beans in a hot steel drum, Kathy’s roaster is more like an air popcorn popper, which she says is faster and cleaner than a drum roaster and makes it easier to create uniform flavor profiles time after time.
Kathy uses arabica beans, grown at a higher elevation in South America. Most larger coffee manufacturers use cheaper robusta beans, which tend to have a harsher flavor. Coffee drinkers who prefer air roasted coffee insist the taste is smoother and less bitter than drum roasted coffee.
Kathy has been selling at South Lansing Farmers Market for two years. She roasts, cools, and bags coffee on Thursday mornings, providing her shoppers with the freshest possible product. Each bag makes about 26 cups of coffee.
Coffee fans will always find her popular Signature Blend. She also carries a variety of flavors including Cherry, Bourbon Barrell, Jamaican Me Crazy (caramel vanilla), and Coconut. She tends to roast on the darker side, but she will roast to taste for those who request it. In addition to coffee, Kathy also makes and sells upcycled glass windchimes and magnetic bottle openers.
