Hi everyone,
It’s been an awesome few months, and the Rob’s Lemonade Lab family has been growing ever since we started. I wanted to share with you all a little about myself and the story behind Rob’s Lemonade Lab.
I’m Rob I am a 12 year old entrepreneur. Ever since my earliest memory, I’ve wanted to have a lemonade stand. At the time, it was difficult because my mom was a single working mother doing everything she could to provide for our family. Through her hard work and dedication, I learned one of the most important lessons in life; the importance of serving others, especially those in need.
My mother is my best friend and truly the best role model one can have, she has been through a lot in her life before having me and she handles everything with so much grace. She is such a strong woman and I admire her for her resilience. I am blessed to be able to spend time with her and have so much fun in my Lemonade lab with her. My mother developed POTS, EDS, and UCTD a couple of years ago. While those challenges changed many things for our family, including her putting a hold on her career, one positive outcome was that she was able to spend more time at home with me and my siblings. During that time, the dream of starting Rob’s Lemonade Lab came back to life.I have also been diagnosed with POTS, but I don't let it stop me from pursuing my dream. Some days are more difficult than others, but I believe in making the most of every opportunity and continuing to do what I love. Growing up, we always made homemade limonadas together in all kinds of flavors, and it became something we truly loved and enjoyed. That inspired me to create my own twist locally, fresh squeezed 32oz lemonades with optional flavors and specialty creations that everyone can enjoy. What started as just an idea has now grown into something much bigger.At Rob’s Lemonade Lab, lemonade is for everyone. I try to offer as many options as possible so there’s something refreshing and enjoyable for every person who visits us. I also love creating themed lemonades for the markets and events we attend because it brings creativity and fun into every experience. One of the most rewarding parts of this journey is meeting members of our community. I genuinely enjoy talking with each and every one of you. My favorite moment is seeing your smiles and reactions after that very first sip. But Rob’s Lemonade Lab is about more than lemonade. It’s about building community, bringing people together, spreading positivity, and creating moments of joy. My hope is to continue growing this dream and sharing more smiles along the way. I am especially thankful to my mother, my sister and grandfather for all of their love, support, and hard work behind the scenes. A lot goes into making this dream possible, and I couldn’t do it without them. With your continued support, I hope that one day I can even pass Rob’s Lemonade Lab down to my little brother, Baby GG. Thank you to everyone who has supported us; our customers, local vendors, fellow business owners, and our entire community. Your encouragement, guidance, and kindness mean more than words can express. I admire and appreciate each and every one of you wholeheartedly. Keep living life to the fullest, and never forget that even the smallest act of kindness can go a long way.
