Suncoast Salsa hit the road this week! We are hitting up my hometown, Toledo!

We had a kitchen takeover at my aunt and uncle' s home so I could show them what all the fuss is about. We made enough salsa for family dinner and enough for each family to take a jar home.

But if I'm being honest, the salsa isn't really what feels special here.

What feels special is coming home excited about what I'm building.

The last couple times I came back to Toledo, life felt heavy and uncertain. This trip feels different. I'm surrounded by people I love, sharing something I created with my family, and feeling genuinely hopeful about what's ahead.

Every week, my aunt and uncle host family dinner. Their kids, spouses, grandkids, and siblings gather around the table to share a meal together. This week, Suncoast Salsa got a seat at that table.

And that feels pretty special. ❤️

Our salsa isn't just for dipping. 🌮🍑🌶️

Last night, Andrew made us giant quesadillas loaded with tender pulled pork, crisp red onions and peppers, Colby Jack cheese, and a little BBQ sauce. Honestly, they were delicious all on their own.

But then we topped them with sour cream and a spoonful of Suncoast Salsa.

One of my favorite things about our Peach Habanero Salsa is how it adds a fresh burst of flavor to so many dishes. We've put it on tacos, eggs, burgers, nachos, and now these quesadillas.
