This is called taking a bad idea and turning it into something magic. Our breakfast sausage just got a major upgrade with our cinnamon sugar mix! Come try for yourself I promise you won't be disappointed!

Big thank you to everyone who came out to the market this morning and sorry if you came by after we sold out of cheese! We'll have more next week I promise! We will also have pepper jack cheese available for those who want a little extra 🌶️!

We're always searching for new ideas and ways to expand or improve our menu. For those of you who enjoy our green chile batter, thank you! We've noticed we've been selling more recently. I have some exciting news to share! I believe we've created, if I'm being honest, the best tasting corn dog I've ever had. We've found a special ingredient for our green chile recipe that takes our batter to the next level! And don't worry, if chile isn't your thing our signature original honey buttermilk batter is still top notch with any of our items.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to stop in to give everyone an update on our upcoming schedule! This Saturday we unfortunately won't be able to be at our normal spot at the Farmers Market but, we are excited to say we will be setup as vendors this year at the Hatch Chile Festival all weekend! I've attended this event over the years and have always had a great time! Can't wait to see what all you chile lovers think of our red and green chile batter! We hope you'll all join us down in Hatch, we'll be there all weekend!
