Chaffle Poutine with peas
One of my favorites
Recipe below:

Chaffles for the Poutine
1 egg
1/2 cup of shredded Mozzarella
2 Tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp of italian seasoning
1/4 tsp Cayene pepper
pinch of garlic salt
This makes 2 chaffles
The picture shown used 4 chaffles
Mix chaffle ingredients and pour on Dash
cook a bit longer than normal as
you want them crispy.
(I toasted mine after they cooled)
Gravy
1/4 cup of unsalted butter
3 Tbsp almond flour
2 cups of beef stock
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/2 tsp of Xanthan gum
(Splash of Worcestershire optional)
Mix Beef stock butter and cream
in a saucepan and bring to a simmer
Sprinkle Xanthan gum in while whisking
continue to whisk until thickness
coats the back of a spoon.
Cut into fries and place in bowl or on a plate.
spinkle cheddar cheese curds over fries.
add peas (optional)
Then pour on hot gravy and allow curds to melt.
