I know that we don’t exactly have the biggest social media presence but with day jobs and military life we’re rolling out Texana BBQ slowly so we don’t burn ourselves out. 2024 has started and with the new year we are buckling down to LLC in an effort to expand our business a little more effectively. With that expansion the idea of producing videos of what our preparation and cooking methods consist of has been brought to our attention. I’ll leave it up the “fans”😂😂

If I were to make video content would that be some you folks would be interested in viewing?

It’d be me making the same food most of you have tried just with a camera and my oh so eloquent narration. One thing from the other videos I’ve seen that my videos would not have would be a script. I think it’d be much more entertaining just making food and spouting off the way I do things. Either way like or comment below your thoughts on this idea and we’ll see where this takes us! As always thank you for supporting my small business and I hope to hear from y’all soon.

It’s been awhile since I’ve made a post but I think what’s in that jar will make up for lost time. That is the first of potentially many batches of !! I used the pepper mash left over from straining and aged it in honey with some garlic cloves for about a month. This process gives the honey a spicy kick with a savory punch that you can only find in a jar of New ! Now to source bottles and design labels. Message me if your interested in a jar although my inventory is only about 8 half pint jars for this exclusive small batch. These will go fast!

I have four pork butts each in the verticals since 8 am and two more that are going in this evening.🐖 🐖I’ve also got beans soaking to go on the fire in the morning!! Tomorrow’s going to be great!!

Another set of products headed to the post office in the morning!! They are a little delayed going out because my day job has been getting in the way!!🙄🙄🙄 Another batch of hot sauce is due to fill the bottles this weekend! I can’t wait! Plus there’s a little project I’m developing as well!!
