Careful of what is read on the internet. “5-star companies” saying they do great work.
Service has been provided to the new pool owners and Wise Pool Co CAN NOT recommend based on experience of workmanship.

Many of us rely on the advice of strangers to decide how we spend our money. However, online reviews can be a world of deception, painting a false picture of a company's performance.

The autofill was a new part. Still was not working properly due to a faulty vaccum breaker, turns out there was bigger issues.
Internals to the vaccum breaker was gone, there was a few leaks at the connections, due to age.
Parts have been replaced. All in working order.

Pool season is here!!
Lets get pool ready for family and the holidays.
Cleaning the filters and having the right amount of time makes a big difference between clean and green.
Has it been a few years since the water was changed out? Changing water in the pool is similar to an oil change to a vehicle. Drain the pool before it gets too hot out.
If you have a salt system, time to clean the cell to generate the most during the high heat days.

Pool drain season is here, if your TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) and/or CYA (cyanuric acid) is high. Recommended a drain and fill to ease the pain of battling the chemical balance for the up coming seasons.

Tired of your leaf catcher disconnecting your cleaner hose from the skimmer?
Here is a helpful trick and cost efficient.
You will need:
Fun noodle
2 - zip ties (12-18inch long) optional.
box cutter.

Take the fun noodle and cut off a section that is smaller then the leaf canisters handle. The cut piece will then be cut length wise, 1 way to slide over the handle. Once over the handle. Take 2 zip ties and slide them between the noodle and the leaf canister body. Attach the ties to a light snug, too tight and the noodle will split.

Catch leaking pipes before becoming a bigger headache down the road. The ball valve in the picture started to leak on top the pumps control panel. Repaired the plumbing to an efficient 90 and also increasing spa flow.

Cleaning filters is needed 2-4 times a year, keeping a clean filter puts less stress on the equipment and seals.
Photos are of regular scheduled filter cleaning.
