TGIF!!! Hope you all had a terrific week! Today I'm sharing two new products that have been on my radar lately. By the way, tomorrow marks our two year anniversary! YaY!😇 The first new product is Bull-Dog Vegetable & Fruit Sauce, or Tonkatsu Sauce. If you are like me, who loves to cook and eat Katsu, you will definitely love this too. It is a product of Japan and has a shelf life of twenty months from now.

The next product might be difficult to find and is mainly used by chefs and the restauarant industry. It is San-J Organic Tamari brewed soy sauce. This premium soy sauce is made with 💯 soy and no wheat, unlike only 40-60% soy in typical soy sauce. Use this product as you would normally use any kind of soy sauce. Use to dip, stir-fry or marinate poultry, meat, seafood, vegetables and tofu.
