Breakfast Tacos š® substitute the ingredients to meet your nutritional needs by @ londonbruncher
This is one of my favorite weekend breakfasts - you only need one pan and a handful of ingredients!
1. Add a handful of grated cheese to a lightly oiled non-stick pan.
2. Once the cheese has melted add a beaten egg.
3. When the egg has almost set, top with a tortilla and flip.
4. Add your favourite fillings - mine are avocado, tomato, jalapeƱo, fresh coriander, lime juice, salt & pepper - enjoy!
