Client: “Behind the house covered in branches.”
This is a no cooling call, the condeser coil was a bit damaged by the branch that grew inside and could of been punctured or fully damaged the whole condenser unit.
Please remove all debris or anything you store around your condenser units due to air circulation that cools the compressor from running and efficiency.

Another tech bypass and removed the blown 50amp breaker at the disconnect and left it. Customer is not aware of fire hazard and can be an issue when servicing condenser unit.

Easy Fix, someone decided to unplug the compressor terminal.. Plug it back in and run the AC unit, everything runs normal function with no other issue. Inspect the compressor and all mounts are in placed with no vibration movements.
Is there anyone else encounter this type of issue? This is a shopping commercial building.

Customer complains about insulation blowing out of their register vents. Came in and took my RotoCam to work, this is what it caught. Looks like holes that are infested on some type of animal🐀 Most of upstairs air ducts in this home are all damaged and have holes on them.
