For our first spotlight, we’re honoring Juanny Romero, CEO of Mothership Coffee.

What started as a vision to build something meaningful has grown into cafés rooted in community, purpose, and long-term impact. Under Juanny’s leadership, Mothership has focused not only on coffee, but on building systems that uplift people, support nonprofit partnerships, and create opportunity for the next generation.

For Juanny, sustainability isn’t just environmental. It’s about building businesses that care for people, empower teams, and invest in the communities around them.
